This is Tilly, a proud new mom of 10 puppies! She is being fostered at the house of the kennel manager from the Adams County Pound. Tilly is not doing so well and desperately needs donations to help with her medical costs. She is emaciated, has an upper respiratory infection, and is refusing to eat. Her foster mom is getting liquid diet from the vet and trying to hand feed her. They might even have to put a feeding tube in.
