Mondovi, WI – 2 goats & 1 pig seak new farm family

Oodles aka Mooster:

This is Oodles, who is now known as Mooster because he is growing up so fast! He is a wonderful 5-month-old goat who is finally ready for a permenant, loving home. He’s very sweet and has a temperment that is almost like that of a dog, man’s best friend.

Billie:

Billie is a 2-year-old goat. He’s somewhat shy, but not aggressive at all. He needs someone who can show him love and that it is okay to trust humans. The shelter would love to place him in a home where he can have other goat playmates and some fellow friends with horns. The shelter would also like someone with goat experience to adopt Billie. He is a Alpine/Saanen cross. He is up to date on shots & has been altered.

Snubbley:

Poor Snubbley was found wandering through a local park and was thankfully just released from the Animal Control facility. He’s only 5 months old now, but he will be a large farm pig when fully grown. He is healthy and has been neutered. He’s very friendly and really wants a loving, lifelong home with everything a pig needs: love, friends, a mudhole, straw, and tons of cookies. Requires a farm with ag zoning for farm animals.

Mooster, Billie, and Snubbley are located at the Midwest Farm Animal Rescue in Mondovi, WI.

Arizona / California- 2 goats and a rooster need TLC!

Donnie and Marie:

Donnie and Marie are best buddies and need to be adopted together! They recently arrived at the Morning Starr Animal Sanctuary and are adjusting well. Both are 5 years old goats. They are both very friendly. Donnie’s hooves were not taken care of by his previous owner and they need some help. The sanctuary is working on them, but it may take some time. They’re up to date on shots and they have been altered. These two would make great additions to any barnyard family!

Donnie and Marie are located at Morning Starr Animal Sanctuary Inc. in Cornville, AZ.

Dudley:

This is Dudley, a 7-month-old rooster.  He was incubated as a classroom school project and hatched along with 8 other chicks. While many of his sisters and brothers have found homes, Dudley resides at the San Diego Humane Society outdoor, private Sherman Street facility as a Hidden Gem. While he is not available for public viewing, he remains hopeful to find a loving family and new home to call his own.

Dudley is a social rooster handled regularly by adults and children ages 5 years and older. He is very welcoming of human interaction and is not known to peck. Dudley is also not phased by the noise and company of other animals such as dogs, cats and chickens. In actuality, he enjoys it!

Dudley crows as the sunrises, but not consistently throughout the day. He spends his time resting, socializing and exploring. He also loves to eat veggies and fruits as treats, and table scraps such as organic cereals, rice and noodles. He came to the shelter as an extremely healthy and happy rooster and has remained so ever since! All Dudley needs is a welcoming family and home to cherish.

*If you cannot adopt Dudley, you can sponsor him and help him live a comfy and worry free life at the shelter until he finds a family. Check out his Petfinder page for more info.
